...on her upper lip have left us puzzled? About 6 months ago she developed a small felsh colored bump that grew a slight bit then turned kind of whiteish. After her constant picking at it a trip to a local water park with high chlorine levels seemed to dry it up and it feel off. (???) Now a few weeks ago we noticed a new bump just under where the old one was developing. Strangly where the 1st one was are tiny tiny little bumps at the same time...? The doctor said the 1st time it was a skin tag. But i'm wondering about warts? Were puzzled and can't find an answer.
