I believe any 12 bolt Camaro or Chevy II leaf spring rear will fit a Chevy Nova. Measure the leaf spring perches and the overall width from the back side of each of brake drums. It doesn't have to be a 12 bolt rear at all but horsepower demands a good beefy third member with a better bearing set-up at the ends of the axles.
