I have a blackberry 8700. how do i get ringtones by recording or getting them

off of the comp to my phone? Help please?
I don't want to have to go to a website that will cost a lot of myoney and mess up my phone bill> is there a way to reocrd with a blackberry? Mine is so i don't think it will. Help please!
