...ECU which is a circle with ? 3 dashes either side of the circle....can anyone tell me what this warning light is indicating. Thanks
 
This will either be the front or rear brake sensors which have been activated as the pads are low.
The sensor will need to be replaced as well as the pads to get the warning light out.
 
ouch,thas gona b expensive. you need to take your car to a bmw dealer. make sure you take plenty of cash with you £££££££££
