replacement thermostat for. Needhelp? My thermostat is a 110 line voltage thermostat with 14 gauge white and yellow wire to the heat and cool terminals. The com. is a red smaller gauge wire. The fan has a high/low switch only with smaller gauge wires. It has a heat or cool switch and it has an off/on switch with black colored smaller gauge wire. Will a Honeywell T6574B3000 work to replace it? I'm not sure what the term fan coil means in the specs. Thanks
