...an AT&T phone and it is asking..? it is asking for a Network PIN can anyone help?
 
A network pin is how the network you have keeps people from using their service on other cell phones carriers phones. Try the code "0000" and "1111" and "1234" but DO NOT try it more than 5 times or else they phone will lock up from any other networks besides its own.
