i have a citroen xantia hdi it breaks down all the time?

it starts after a while and runs ok when its put on the machine its come up with 7 faults not sure what it is

I may be able to help you with this problem
But you will ne give more detail in how the car breaks down, what the symptoms are, and what happens before the car dies.
If you have already done a test on the car, then you should already know the problem. If you are not sure what the problems mean then simply ask the mechanic who done the test and he will be happy to explain.

How does it break down? engine stops? fails to restart? elecrical or mechanical? flat tyre?

For seven faults I would be taking that car straight to a *different* mechanic. If the one you are using cannot find the faults with the aid of the testing machine, something is very wrong with them.
