I have a computer "chkdsk" error message please help!! what do I do??

Everytime I switch on my pc it displays the message btdna.exe Corrupt file the fileor directory is corrupt and unreadable please run the chkdsk utility.. How do i do this??
my pc seems to otherwise operate o.k. but it is worrying me all the time...Thanx in advance Jack
