Ok, as of Feb 1st, I weighed 436 pounds. I've lost 81 pounds as of Sept 1st and am down to 355 but have 2 questions.
1) I've been hard at this for 7 months (an hour treadmill a day and strict diet) and want to take a week off but I'm scared of not getting back on what I'm doing. What should I do?
2) I'm starting to see some loose skin and I would like to tighten it up but don't wanna gain weight for the sake of it. I'm figuring since I will gain muscle I will gain weight too. So should I stick with the cardio or start trying to tone up while risking gaining weight?
