...weird lately.? She hasn't been eating, she pees a lot (and doesn't seem to be able to hold it), she sleeps all the time, and she is really lethargic and doesn't want to play or move. Someone please help! I think she is depressed, but I don't know if it might be something more serious!
 
only four months? that is very young for a spay.

Usually vets wait 5-6 months. What's your hurry?

4 weeks in the development of a young puppy is like 2 years in the development of a child.

It doesn't sound like depression. She may have a UTI (Urinary tract infection). it can lead to excess urination and less bladder control. She may also be dehydrated. Try giving her some nutri-cal to help her gain energy.
 
When was she spayed? If she is not eating, and is urinating large amounts, she needs to be seen by a vet. Even if it is just a urinary tract infection, she is acting unusual, and not normal for a post-surgical case. Recheck with your vet right away, or better yet, see an emergency vet today.
 
I doubt it's depression. She needs to go to the vet. Puppies bounce back pretty quickly over a spay. These are signs of something serious going on here. Whether it is a cause of the spay or something else, I don't know. Your dog needs to see an emergency vet before things get worse!
 
You don't say WHEN she was spayed. If it was a few days ago, then this is normal after recovering from surgery.

This is a very common procedure that vets perform everyday. Granted sometimes there are complications but not often.

She IS peeing and this is a good thing. Many people don't know to look for that after a spay. Sometimes a female will squat but not pee after a spay..when that happens, it's very important to get to the vet.

Just keep an eye on her. If you feel like something is wrong, take her to the vet right away.
 
This is not depression, she is ill. Please take her to your vet. We cannot diagnose this over the internet. But it does sound serious and serious means vet.
