I have a freind that may be able to help me?

I have a freind that is good with computers, and has offered to help me.

But he doesnt understand what i want to do...i want to be able to repair computers that have been like infected with viruses, and re install operating systems, find out what all the different files, are, registry files etc etc

How can i best word it, into a sentence so he knows what i want to do?
