transfer my apps and such? The only thing that's been keeping me from considering possibly (but not necessarily) switching is that I don't want to have to buy all my apps all over again. They're not that expensive individually, but I'd imagine trying to buy 'em all at once would be a pain, and if I'm gonna switch I want my phone to still be able to do everything I use the one I've got now for.
 
I had the same problem when the contract for my iPhone was coming to an end. I didn't know whether to get another iPhone or change companies and get something else.
No, you can't transfer over any apps. Two different companies that are selling the apps. But what you can do is still use your iPhone as an iPod with wi-fi. So you technically won't be putting those apps to waste, you can still use them. There are quite a few apps which android has free that are paid for on the iPhone, Angry Birds is one of them.
