...and have a cross breed or not? The Jaguar cichlid is a female because i've seen her laying eggs in the tank they were living in before but i had to move them out in to a bigger tank. Because i don't have a male jaguar will the eggs hatch. I have 2 African cichlids and another big fish which is not a cichlid. Will the jaguar lay more eggs and will they hatch?

The female jaguar will continue laying eggs, but they will never hatch. Jaguars are either South American or Central American, they will not breed with your African cichlids.

Also, depending on the African cichlids, the Jaguar will probably grow large enough to eat them. Im hoping you realize how large Jaguars get, right? But being you put Africans and South Americans together in the first place... Male Jaguars normally grow to about 16 inches. Females usually stay around 10-14 inches.
