i had a rumour (no i'm not an idiot, it's spelt with 2 u's in Canada) and i hated it! it froze up all the time, and whenever i got a message it would viberate non-stop then freeze. the battery on mine lasted 2 hours tops. i got mine in about september and finally got pissed off at it and trew it down the hall and told my friend to do with it what she pleases. so my friend threw it off her balcony (about 10 floors up) haha. so, i would say it is a known problem.
 
then the battery only lasted about 8 hours ant this morning it started to turn off and on randomly and i need to know if this is a known problem so i can get it replaced by sprint.
and i know i said ant instead of and .....
