...know why? recently changed oil.
never happened to me before.
usually it hits the light when I'm running about 50 mph/ or highway.

stop driving the car until you get it fixed. Your car is telling you HELLO, I HAVE A PROBLEM!!! its not trying to annoy you. Take it to a shop, and have them find out what the problem is, this is likely not something you can do (by the way, have you physically checked the engine oil dipstick? maybe it needs oil ?
