if they dont pop out do i pull them? what if they dont comeout do i have to pull to save there lives or do i wait and let the mother do her work and try to push them out???

As far as how many pups she will have it depends on a lot of factors, like if this her first litter or when she mated in her heat cycle, and how many times she mated, plus it varies from dog to dog. I would go ahead and take her to the vet, and get her checked out they should be able to let you know many puppies to expect and what to expect during the birthing process. As a rule of thumb never disrupt the birthing process by pulling out a puppy unless you are a trained professional, and the mother is in a life or death situation.
