power, without mods? Okay so i have a mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart and i can't mod it. Just a couple days ago i went out and got a K&N air filter, which jumped my performance a bit. But i would like more power without mods because of the twin turbos i have in it (one being an evo turbo) i can't mod it because of the insurance, so i thought i would just change out some of the stock items like the air filter, spark plugs (high performance), royal purple oil (high performance), and a new K&N oil filter. But those are the only things i can think of......so do you have any ideas???
I've only had the car for about 5 months, so i don't want to start modding it yet, i want to first upgrade all the stock items i can to get an overall higher hp before i start modding the car

I'd make both the turbos the same. This won't void the insurance or anything, and even if they did check it, it will still have 2 turbos just like on their paperwork.

Try a stiffer suspension to prevent power loss when accelerating and having the car lurch backwards.

Have it tuned by a performance shop or do it yourself with a laptop and the correct plug ins and software.

Or Strip Weight off if you don't care about the interior.... Plenty of things that can go:
- A/C System
- Passenger Seats
- Upholstery and Carpet
- Speakers and Sound System
- Spare Tires and Carpeting in the Trunk.
- Door Panels and roof carpeting.
- Buy a lightweight Hood
- Buy Plexiglass windows instead of heavy Tempered Glass.

Wouldn't try those unless you're building a track car.. but since you're worried about insurance you probably aren't.

Good Luck.
