Try to take out the batteries and put them back in. If they still do not work you should take it in to your wireless provider.

you probably have att, right? call 1-800-801-1101 and tell them you need to do a warranty exchange and they'll send you a brand new one - free! oh PS, make sure you say it hasn't been dropped or water damaged - and call on a different phone, even if it is another cell phone, because you'll have to remove the battery from your current one.
