I have a motorola Q (verizon) and the letters b, n, and m will not light up...

...any ideas? Also I can get it to? it to play music via windows media player. I have lsitened to the songs on it before but now it says the song is playing but nothing comes out and help? I have checked and the media player is not on mute. Please Help
thanks I didnt drop it or get it wet I was in the car and noticed it started doing this.
