I have a Motorola SB5120 how do I log into it?

I need to log into my router to configer port but am unsure of how to do this
trying to forward these ports

3724 - 3724
80 - 80
3306 - 3306
8129 - 8129
8093 -8093
6112 - 6112
6881-6999
3036 - 3036
8050 -8050
default gateway is 66.177.242.1
 
192.168.100.1 - The ip for this Cable modem

This is not a ROUTER, this is a cable modem. Please be a little more specific as to what you're trying to do. You shouldn't have to configure anything on your cable modem, but if you have a router, then thats a different story.

Added: You still have not answered the question. What kind of ROUTER do you have? Your cable modem can not forward certain ports. It is your router/switch that forwards connections to different machines.
 
Windows+R, type 'cmd'
Type 'ipconfig /all'
Read the default gateway

Should be 192.168.100.1 according to:
http://www.speedguide.net/broadband-view.php?hw=7

The same page says it's just a modem not a router, so I don't know what you want to configure.
