I have a motorola ve240, it wont let me delete pictures?

everytime i try to delete a picture off my phone it jus cuts the phone off and it wont delete it. it has a little flower on the picture so does that mean it cant be deleted? im lost, can anyone help me?!?
 
I'm having this problem too, also it reboots whenever I try to download any music, or whenever I put in a mem card...
