I have a new iPad 4 and a new Asus TF700 both in sealed in box. I need help...

...on which one to keep.? They were both the same price. I do NOT do music, but need a fast processor and very bright screen.
The Asus has 32 GB memory and the iPad 4 has 16 GB. Any help on quality, graphics speed and anything else would be appreciated.
One more thing--good and strong WiFi is VERY important.
