I have a Packard Bell laptop that has Packard Bell Imagewriter and "setup my pc" can

i delete them? I'm not sure what either of the programs do and I'm sure I haven't used either of them. I want to make sure that I can delete them without anything drastic happening. They are 4.56gb each. help!!
