Yep.

Its a cheap option to paying full price if you've lost your phone.

A lot of people are using one for a cheap phone that doesn't matter if they lose.

If the New phone is unlocked Mobile phone means you can use the AT&T sim card in the phone..It's locked phone means you cannot use the AT&T sim card in the phone.You can get the Free Unlock code for old Phones at here Unlocking4free.com/free-unlocking-tools
and Unlock it...
