I have a Power Steering Leak up by the Firewall of my Ford Taurus?

I have a leak up by the fire wall. It is a steady leak. looks like it either the hose or the funny looking thing the hose goes into. Can anyone help me on about how much it it to fix... Also I have engine light that blinks after steady has been on. Usually after car warms up.. Not giving code. Is this a cooling system thing and is it imperative to fix
 
P/S pressure hose goes from pump to rack and pinion.Cost couple hundred bucks to replace.MIL light blinks for engine misfired,should be fixed for more costly repair later on if prolong driving.
 
dont know how you woul dhave a power steerin g leak by fire wall when ,most of hoses wil be in front of or below front of motor so you sure its power steering hose or is it a oil leak and your talking about two different things power steering or is it coolant you have any light you need to stop driving and start checking fluids
