i have A PROBLEM PLAYING VIDEos on my internet?

ok i use my laptop and i have a cable conection. i try to go on youtube and ANY video wedsite to watch videos. now i clickplay then my internet freazes and dont not respond what so ever and i have to end now it then when i try to go back on the internet wont load i have to restart my cp now! after i restart it or turn it on i get this

pleaze tell me what that means and how i can fix it
 
the first answer was almost right, the 2nd was stupid

uninstall shockwave player, then install it again, something's corrupted

do the same for flash player jsut in case
