i have had a sore throat for about 4 days now it hurts so bad to swallow even just water or my saliva. i went to the doctor and did a strep test and they said i didnt have strep throat but the doctor didnt know much interest in what was wrong with me and just said nothing is wrong. there has to be something wrong if i cant swallow! has this happened to anyone does anyone know what i might have?
