I have a Samsung propel, & in the inbox there r some message icons w/little orange

things on them wht r they? In the inbox it has little message icons, and some of them have nothing on them and they just look like open envelopes, but some others have little orange things on them and it looks like an "R" in it...anyone know what that means?
