i have a serious mood problem please help?

lately( last two months) i have had mood swings, im happy and hyper then all of a sudden in sad and i dont care about anything, this happens about 5-10 times a day... whats wrong with me?

how old are u? i think teenagers have mood swings alot...i know i do!

it could be PMDD (if it's before your period) or it could be bipolar disorder
