i have a sony ericsson w580i and it wont turn on?

i had the phone connected to the computer and then i took it off and now it wont turn on. When i put it to charge or try turning it on a red light flashes underneath the c key. My warranty already expired. I have tried the update service from sony ericsson already but that didn't work either. Please help me.
 
sadly I can't help you, but I had a Sony Ericsson Walkman that had so many problems I can't even begin to describe, my best guess is to stay away from the brand.
 
whenever i connected it from the computer, it always shut down. do you know how to turn it on? the little power button the the top back part of the phone? just click it lik, 1 time making sure you opened it. if that didnt work, keep clicking it until it opens up. i hope i helped ><;;;

i changed phones, but i really liked sony ericsson w580i. as long as you know how to use it of course :)
