im 14 years old and i need aa exercise routine im not fat but i need one bad plz/
 
Spend 20 min on each one per day and add time as you go. If you are not breathing fast when you are exercising you are not doing much. You want to do the 20 min all at one time without resting. You can slow down to catch your breath, you should be able to talk but not sing. As you improve you can add resistance or time.
