This is a rather odd recipe request but I would buy several (about 10 large). But, wait, what do they want you to do with them? Crush, carry? What? I've never seen anything like that. Check the recipe and if you need to much or stew, etc them use a 6 qt and do the 'mush' until the measurement is 6 quarts. I wish I could see the recipe and I culd help you more.
