...inactive and i dont have internet access? It does everything mentioned above and less than 30 seconds later it works again. Somebody please help me!
 
Its defective and or you may have gotten a virus but i doubt the virus part. It is under the one year warranty use it call 1-800-801-1101 they will exchange it for free takes three to fives business days. Before you do any of this i would suggest a master reset and clear which will delete all data so back it up or write it down
 
for the randomly restart problems , i think your phone has problems ...... u should send it repair.....


but it s normally happen sim is inactive if u just buy it a few days ago .....it takes times .u should go to any phone center to activate internet access if u dont know how to do it yourself ...... i hope this will help u
