I used to see Andre Cheval watches being sold at Service Merchandise, the now defunct chain of catalog showroom stores. I think Andre Cheval was one of their store brands, which they inherited when they bought Wilson's, another catalog showroom chain. I don't know about the movements, but they had very nice cases and bands and were some of the most expensive watches in the store. I remember one model in particular that was 14K with diamonds and had a mesh band. The mesh was so fine that it felt more like fabric than metal; really intricate work. Alas, I was a poor college student at the time and couldn't afford it, but if I ever see one again I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
