I Have an annoying MSN problem :S?

Okay, so this is it: Every time I sign in my MSN, it uses a display name, an under nick and a picture I had back in december. It's really annoying because I hate everything I wrote back in December. And my display picture is so ugly. Anyways, I found out you can click "use the same display name and picture every time I sign in". I've been clicking it, pressing apply and pressing O.K. for the past 4 months and still, nothing change. I asked my friends and they told me that nothing ever had happened to them like that. It's really annoying too because I sign in a lot these past few week and I have to change it every time. ANOTHER reason why it's annoying well I use my laptop and sometimes it takes somebody else's wireless network. And I have to change everything ALL OVER AGAIN. ANYWAYS. Please answer fast, I really am tired of changing it !
