in The Gambler by Kenny Rogers for example, it's not the hand that your dealt, but the way you play your cards

The gambler is more a story of life in general...not one specific card game (one moment)...more playing your CARDS ....your experiences, challenges, loves, everything....in a way that is thought out...planned

Perhaps you are dealt hardship in life...a rough relationship
playing the cards right
hold them: stick it out and work through your troubles
fold them: ignore the issue
walk away: literally walk
run away: RUN!!!

knowing what to do is most important....each play in itself isnt important, its the process going into deciding HOW to deal with live...how to deal with what is Delt to you

A good example would be betting or raising with a bad hand to trick (bluff) someone into thinking you have a good hand and hoping they believe you and fold their hand...you win.
