I have an internet connection using a bluetooth enabled phone..?

So the speeds are very slow, say around 12-15kbps although the network says its around 128kbps. All i want to know is if i can make internet calls at such speeds, will it be a problem? Thanks.

The network is saying that speeds are 128 kilobits per second.

You are getting 12-15 kilobytes per second.

There are 8 bits in a byte, so the speed is correct.

U cant make the calls by using the mobile connect or bluetooth connect..,
Mobile operators will give minimum speed of 40kbps to 70 kbps.., so u can browse and then u can do chat..

then 128 kbps is ur phone modem speed.., do not consider that one nokia n70 has 250kbps speed
