...this normal or a fault? I have an iphone 3G and my mate has an iphone 3Gs his games/apps takes less than a second to load where as mine take about 10 seconds to load, i know that 3Gs is faster but this seems a bit to extreme can anyone tell me if this is a fault or normal?

Hi, i have only used 1gb of it so far and it has 16gb all together. I will try both ideas.

i think ur iphones memory is full

so try to delete some apps or high size movies

it will work for sure

i tried on ma ipod touch!!!
 
Sounds a bit slow. Obvious, but I have to ask, have you tried reseting it? Sometimes the memory can get full up by playing lots of different games. If you turn it off/on, that clears, or can try a proper reset (holding down the button). If problem persists, try turning off the spotlight search, (settings, general, spotlight search).
