I have an lg optimis v and have an internal phone storage question.?

Almost every app I downloaded doesn't give me the option to transfer the app to my memory card, so the app takes up a lot of my internal phone storage, is there any way to transfer the apps from my storage to my memory card, or add or expand memory to my phones internal memory storage...
 
Some Apps can't be transferred to the SD card just because. But if you want to free some memory go to your Apps and occasianly click "clear cache", even on Apps preloaded into your phone. Some Apps, you can click clear data. Some you shouldn't mess with. I have the LG Optimus and I did a Factory Reset becase the home, search, and power button stopped working spontaneuosl. It freed a lot of memory. I Don't reccomend that though unless you really really want more memory Though.
