or simply asleep.? I never hear him get his countdown to 0. I am usually out about 7 or 8. I don't know if I am actually getting hypnotized or if I am really falling asleep. I usually wake up about 1-2 hours after that point. I believe the entire tape is about 1 hour long. Is there a way you can tell if you are in a trance or asleep?
