I have been having premonitions about something, should I tell the people involved?

I'm trusted by my circle of acquaintances and colleagues. And really they are sort of expected at this point in my training. So, should I keep it to to myself or warn them?
I'd rather not say about who... just that a terrible army is marching toward my country to challenge my clients. Many will be wounded, some will die. The premonitions are about the ones that are captured.
