i have bittorrent but no clue how to use it?

the site i want to use is mininova.com but even in other websites i get no peers to download from. am i doing something wrong?? help pleasE!
any reccomended sites?
nothings worked so far...idk is just my ports? if so how do i fix it

delete bittorrent and download limewire instead
it is the best p2p file sharing software
after downloading it go to www.mininova.org and search for limewire pro
download this pro version through limewire itself and then download anything you want very fast

its most likely that the source is just old or unpopular, usually it should show the amount of seeders next to the download
