I have built several of these devices and have them working well, now is there any chance of a ordinary working man getting a patent on this and how would I go about it? The thing that surprises me is that it seems no one else ever thought about it!
apply for a patent at the us patent office, than contact a marketing firm, and find a way to mass produce if the demand is high. you will have to invest a lot of money in it and are taking risks.
