exchange for USD. Where can I go? My husband is a bank manager and knows of nowhere to exchange these, but there's got to be somewhere. I have 250,000 bolivares which I think is just over $100. Thanks!!!
ANY U.S. Bank with "NATIONAL" in the name can exchange foreign currency... or you can just drive out to the nearest international airport and go to a CAMBIO.
