Based on just this information alone, I would say that what you eat is semi-healthy. There are some things that are healthy, like your breakfast for example. The lunch sounds okay too (and very yummy :). I think the snack and the dinner are where it gets a little unhealthy. A chocolate cereal bar isn't going to be that good for you, atleast not if you eat it everyday. On the other hand, if you always crave chocolate and are afraid of binging on it eating one chocolate cereal bar is still healthier than eating chocolate by itself everyday so if it's to keep you from eating too much chocolate, it's better like this. The dinners broccoli cheese sounds good. I'm not sure what courgettes fritter is, but fritter sounds like something fried in oil, in which case it's high fat and calorie. If you only eat that seldomly it's fine though. The apple is good. Diet coke shouldn't be something you have too often (it has aspartame in it, which travels up to your brain and over all long period of time can cause brain damage). BUT, if you only drink it a couple times a week I wouldn't be too worried.

Overall, a fairly healthy diet. You could probably add a little bit more food into it if you wanted to, but if you feel fine the way you are eating now there's no need to eat more.
