I have no air coming from the vents in my bathroom?

All of my other heating/cooling vents in my house are great, except for the ones in my 2 upstairs bathrooms. Absolutely nothing is coming out of them. Can someone please provide a test or a suggestion of how I go about finding out what is wrong?
