I have no programming experience, but want to create an iPhone app. Where do I begin?

Yes, I know it is going to take a long time to grasp but I want to know the first step to take, then the second, all the way until I have enough knowledge to open the iPhone SDK and understand what's up.

I'm actually a Mathematics major in college, but haven't taken any classes in Computer Science. The only thing I'm familiar with is Maple, but that's typically for research and plotting complex functions.

So I am a capable learner.

take some computer classes there is way too much detail to teach this in yahoo answers
