I have problem connecting to the Internet...Help please?

Recently I have problems connecting to the Internet.
Sometimes when I turn on my laptop,the pc can not connect to my home network and I have to Restart my computer to make it work.
My roomates have no problem connecting to the Internet,My connection goes off sometimes when she turns on her pc.
My Internet gets Disconnected often too.
What should I do?
Please let me know what to do step by step .(I am not good with computers :( )
I used the following commands:
CMD"
"ipconfig/release"
"ipconfig/renew"
my connection disconnected and reconnected after .
 
Open these web sites below,run a full scan,also try windows defender...also free.
 
check to make sure your roomates PC and your PC are not using the same ip address.
or..the internet browser you installed isn't that good. Check if there any other electrical devices near your laptop or router. Especially something like a cordless phone - this could be causing intermittent interference and dropping your connection.
