I have problem with t-mobile again about for exchanging phone..Am I the only one?

I brought memoir phone a year ago. And this is a 2nd times I have problem with camera which I exchanged 1st time with no problem but I called them 3 days ago because my picture turn white when I take it outside and customer service agree to exchange it for me. Then they told me that the didn't have Memoir in the stock and ask me to call back today. So I called back today to find out they didn't carry it anymore and I only can replace my Memoir with Behold 2. I don't think Behold is bad phone but I just don't care for it so I ask if I can replace with some other phone instead but they told me "NO". They told me if I want to I can update my phone which I would have to pay full price for it with 20 payments. Not fair at all because I have been paying insurance on the phone every month for over a year and issue I have with the phone is because of camera not because I broke the phone or anything. I ask the talked with supervisor but the customer service told me doesn't matter who I talk to "there is nothing else they can do either I take Behold or buy a new phone for full price because this is not thier fault that is Samsung fault" is this how they always deal with their customer? What heppen to their supervisor because I end up talking to accountant instead?? Now I have to wait for 4 days for them to call me back because they told me that they are going to try to find Memoir for me but when I asked them that if they don't have it can I choose the phone I want which I don't mind paying a little more for them but not the whole price. Seem they are not very with making customer happy. I hope they find me Memoir and wailt until the contract over to change company.
