I have problem with updating to HTC Sense 5. Failed at updating. Any help?

I wanna update to sense 5 my HTC One X. So I downloaded the system file and taped "install now". then phone turned to 'TeamWin Recovery Project' bootloader mode. Then installed the file that I've downloaded

"This operation may install incompatible software and render your device unusable
Folder:
/sdcard/download
file to flash
Voda-Hutch_AU_4.19.862.3-3.14.862.27_release_3"

then I tick the 2 squares then swipe to confirm flash. after that

"zip install complete
